At Santander we work at a high speed with many interesting initiatives among lovely colleagues. We are now looking for a person that enjoys our tempo and have a passion for HR. Now we have an open role as HR Operations Specialist in our office at Solna.
Nordic Santander is a part of Banco Santander and have around 200 000 employees across the globe. You will have about 20 colleagues within HR in the Nordics, of which 3 are located in Solna. It’s required that you can drive and enjoy working independently, with a specific focus on our Swedish employees, as well as with our Nordic HR team.
As a person, you are also confident in yourself, have the integrity and courage to be able to question when needed but with a focus on good cooperation, both internally and externally. You have experience of working in international organizations and can switch between tactical and operational level and enjoy interacting with our people at all levels.
We offer flexible working hours with possibility to partly work from home. As part of HR in the Nordics you will also be able to participate in different initiatives and project, where you can constantly develop your skills and cooperate with others.
Some key tasks:
Responsible for monthly payroll run with external vendor
Support employees and managers through our different channels
In charge of annual salary review, gender equality analysis and bonus payments
Support in and administrate all our HR processes (eg. hire, onboarding and termination)
Various HR-administration, internal risk controls, invoices, service manager for HR vendors.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of work experience from similar role
Bachelor or master’s degree within the field
Experience with supporting in payroll processes and securing correctness
Knowledge about Swedish labor law, pension and insurances
Enjoying details and confident in O365, experienced in Excel and HR systems (preferable Workday)
Good communications skills in English and Swedish
Experience from People Analytics, Workforce Architecture and reporting is a plus
