The role as HR Partner at Nudie Jeans is broad, and you work in a flexible and dynamic environment. You support and coach about 15 managers in Sweden, Norway, the UK, the Netherlands and Germany. You are the first point of contact for our managers within the assigned business areas across the whole employee lifecycle.
The HR team consists of an HR Manager, HR Partner, HR Admin, Recruiter, Work Environment Coordinator and Head of Payroll, all based at the Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden. We all have different backgrounds and interests, which leads to a fun and developing workplace. Even though you in this role have your own area of responsibility you will never feel alone, together we collaborate on projects to strengthen our Employer Brand.
The role
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love to influence your colleagues, this position is for you. Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following;
- Support and coach Head of Retail, Regional Managers and Store Managers in all employee-related questions.
- Continuously develop, update, and implement routines/processes within the HR area.
- Together with our retail organization, develop and implement employee culture initiatives that emphasize talent development, employee satisfaction and employee wellbeing.
Who are you
You are passionate about all things HR-related, and love supporting people and see them grow. You have at least 3 years of experience from a similar, broad HR role where you have worked close to business and operations. You are confident in Swedish labor law and if you have an academic education in HR it is highly meriting. You know your way around Microsoft Office and its programs, and you are experienced within other different HR systems. Your contacts are both Swedish and international, so you are fluent in English and Swedish, broth written and spoken.
You are an agile person, a driving force with that "can-do-attitude". You are flexible and handle several ongoing projects simultaneously, and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals. You are motivated by helping and supporting managers in complex personnel issues, as well as strategic projects and operative everyday tasks.
