Arbetsbeskrivning
Organizational Development
Coach and support managers in various HR-related areas such as rehabilitation, personnel matters, and work environment
Conduct and support negotiations with the unions (local and central)
Coordinate and lead professional development required for all employees
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
Conduct systematic work environment work together with the local work environment officers.
Recruitment
Occasionally assist in interviews, selection, and reference checks for Leadership positions.
Coordinate the school´s induction day for new staff at the beginning of the school year.
Conduct necessary induction for all new staff members hired during the school year.
Operations
Lead and responsible for “MBL” negotiations and contract interpretations in the field of labor law, and consultation with the trade unions.
Supporting the leadership through organizational changes, and new hires. as well as planning necessary information/negotiation meetings
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Recommend strategies and activities to motivate employees
Support line managers to complete employee development plans and performance management.
Contact with relocation agencies to understand the housing market and living conditions for new employees in leadership roles.
Develop a deep understanding of school policies and ensure they are aligned with the collective and local agreements.
Qualifications
Relevant education in the sphere of HR and Swedish work legislation.
Broad experience of working with different HR processes.
Knowledge and experience in Swedish Labour Law.
Experience in leading/participating in union negotiations.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written (English is the working language).
The ability to work independently and take responsibility for all internal and external HR matters.
