H&M Online Sales is responsible for H&M’s e-commerce globally, where we digitally offer the world fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way! We offer e-commerce in all digital channels, and currently have e-commerce sites in 53 markets. Today we are approximately 220 people working from our head office in Stockholm, a multi-cultural environment with many international colleagues both at the office and around the world.




Job Description


You will join a HR team with high ambitions and passion for our e-commerce business. We seek opportunities, take initiatives, and dare to try new things with the ambition of always adding value to our business by being a leading, innovative, and agile HR organization. You will be part of a growth company with a strong culture in a fast paced and customer- and people focused environment.
As HR Partner your main objective is to ensure a strong and efficient HR delivery towards the organization. You have a great sense of the whole employee life cycle and see data as an efficient tool to guide and validate us in our short- and long-term activities.
The assignment will include:
Working actively in partnership with the business leaders, adding value to the business by securing the HR strategy and translate business needs into HR solutions and actions
Coach and engage our business leaders to continuously develop themselves and a value and vision driven leadership
Keeping the totality of Online Sales people data and KPIs together turning insights into actions
Drive and collaborate in different People projects within Online Sales and/or cross functions
Driving and supporting the people side of different change initiatives
Drive initiatives that boost engagement for all of our teams at Online Sales





Qualifications


We think that you are an engaging HR professional with experience from building and enabling high-performing teams. Furthermore, we believe you are a good communicator and great at building relationships. You are analytical, driven, and self-motivated and knows who to turn to in order to get things done.
To be successful in this role, we also believe you have the following qualifications:
HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in a broad HR role - such as HR Coordinator, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Project Manager or similar preferably from retail, e-commerce, or other customer focused companies
Project management skills and practical experience of driving and coordinating different projects with several stakeholders and levels of complexity
Strong Excel-skills and/or knowledge from systems handling People data and an ability to visualize data with dashboards/presentations
Experience from supporting leaders in managing different organizational changes and introduction of new ways of working
Strong ability in identifying and coordinating different HR initiatives spanning over teams and leaders
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. We also believe you are strong in creating communication material (for example PPTs etc.) and conveying messages.
