About the role
At Civil Rights Defenders we are proud of our HR work and we are aiming to be a market leader in HR within our field of business. As Human Resources Partner your mission is to enable the organisation's managers to make the right decisions in HR related issues and to help make them successful in their leadership.

You will act as an operational and strategic partner to the managers with qualified support from the Head of HR as well as managing Civil Rights Defenders recruitment processes for our headquaters in Stockholm as well as globally. Another part of your over all responsibilities will be to develop, maintain, and implement HR policies and HR processes.

As HR Partner you report to the Head of Human Resources.

The role offers great variety, including work tasks such as:

- Supporting the Head of HR in both operational and strategic matters

- Managing recruitment processes together with mangers.
- Develop and implement CRDs job architecture on existing and new positions.
- Participate in trade union collaboration and act as a negotiation support to the Head of HR
- Working independently with work environment issues
- Manage rehabilitation matters together with mangers and occupational health services
- Manage HR related administration and reporting
- Contribute to the strategic development of CRDs broader HR agenda.

To be suitable for this position you have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or other education that the employer considers equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience within human resources, for example from an HR generalist role
- Documented experience from working with labor law issues
- Documented experience from working with competency based recruitment
- Good knowledge of coaching/consultative approach and practicies
- Ability to use the Swedish and English languages flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes and to produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects
- Strong IT skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word)


Proficiency in Russian and/or Spanish is a merit. Other merits for the position are:

- Experience from working in Teamtalior or other recruitment systems
- Experience from working with assessment tools such as Aon
- Experience from working with salary mapping
- Experience from the NGO sector
- Experience working with HR in an international context


About the employment
This is a full-time permanent employment with 6 months probationary employment, starting in Febraury 2022 or as soon as possible.
