HR Partner to Sweco

As HR Partner your primary focus is to provide support to business leaders. You deliver meaningful employee insights to business leaders as well as advocate and safeguard the organisational values, culture, and HR service delivery model within the business. Furthermore, you support and guide in applying HR policies and programs to business goals, talent and/or organisational issues.

The approximately 40 managers that you support belong to Group IT located in eight Business Areas throughout Europe. In this role you will report to IT Finance & Controlling.

Key responsibilities

Support, coach, and develop managers to lead and develop employees and the business.
Provide professional guidance to managers and operational support on HR matters.
Partner with other HR functions to access specialist expertise, implement HR processes, and address challenges in the business.
Utilize workforce data to challenge and generate insights regarding employees and provide recommendations.
Respond to HR inquiries from managers and employees.


Background and skills

University degree in Science of Human Resource Management or an equivalent degree.
Experience from working in HR, of which at least 3-5 years from broad HR work where you have gained a good insight in both operational and strategic work in a matrix organization.
Experience of leadership development and good knowledge in labor law.
Experience in talent management and succession planning.
Good analytical skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
