HR & Payroll Coordinator 50%

Are you looking for a job in the HR area?

We are looking for a HR & Payroll Coordinator that will support the HR Director Sweden. You will be apart of a team, that works with HR topics, both in Mjällby and in Linköping.

Some of your main task and responsibilities

• Payroll administration
• Point of contact with external payroll provider
• Bonus/salary review letters
• Employment contract administration. preparation of employment-related documents - contracts, termination of contracts, annexes, certificates, letters
• Winningtemp administration
• HR Reporting including HR KPI’s/Recruitment status.
• Recruitment administration and support
• Internal/external training coordination and support
• Onboarding/Offboarding processes
• Relocation (international mobility) arrangements
• Corporate induction planning
• Summer intern coordination and recruitment support
• Storing personal files and other employment related documentation

You profile:

• Experience from a similar coordinating role within HR or senior year student at HR program at university level.
• Strong administration skills with experience in Microsoft Office and internet administration.
• Ability to work autonomously and have developed a real ability to get things done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Swedish.
