HR People Analyst to AB Lindex

Your role in our team As HR People Analyst, you are part of the Group Culture & Communications team. A team with different roles within HR and communication working globally together. In your role you make sure to design and setup our HR systems and analytical tools, to make our people processes and employee experience better. This includes having ownership of different HR systems, to automate and digitalise our people processes and develop our employee data and insight work. You turn people data into insights and actions, making sure to refine and develop Lindex culture and vision. When it comes to GDPR and employee data, you are the go-to person.

You have a strong interest in systems and digitalisation that can improve HR and always curious on the modern retail challenges. University degree or equivalent within HR or System Science
Several years of experience within HR, at least three of them from HR Information Systems
Previous experience from working in a global company
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: work experience in automation and digitalisation of processes
Meritorious: Experience from the retail industry
