Reporting to the CHRO, the People Partner is responsible for managing the relationships with senior business leaders within Webhelp Nordics.
The People Partner acts as the face of HR within the business at a senior level, shaping and delivering the people strategy for the business area(s) they work with.
The scope includes working with specialist area owners and People Services to ensure that people solutions and initiatives are fit for purpose and land well in the organization, ultimately acting as the enabler of HR delivery into the business.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Act as face of HR and manage senior business relationships to enable HR to add value to the business, aligning HR strategy to the business strategy
Diagnose issues that require HR input and generate a strategic people plan addressing business priorities for the account (s) and incorporate that plan into the regional people plan.
Drive the people plan for the business ensuring delivery of HR solutions to generate a positive impact on business performance. This encompasses the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to development, performance and reward.
Implement HR products, processes and policies across the business area, working closely with the central HR team to embed messages, initiatives and communications
Source and evaluate data to provide insights and shape HR solutions
Work closely with specialist area owners and People Services to ensure alignment of activity to business priorities
Play a lead role in major change initiatives and other projects, mobilizing teams within HR where required
Act as coach to senior business leadership team
Provide advice to senior stakeholders on people issues and engage support from colleagues as appropriate
Take a lead for a People Plan theme within the Business Partnering team
Required Skills & Experience
Significant operational management experience
Strong diagnostic skills
Experience in shaping and formulating strategic plans
Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management
Ability to influence, motivate and engage through clear and articulate communication
Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Ability to problem solve and create appropriate solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle a varied workload
Experience of working in a BPO or call center environment desirable but not essential
Experience of generalist HR and/or as manager operating core HR processes
Scandinavian language is a plus
