HR Process System Specialist to Alleima

Your Role
As HR System Process Specialist, you will work with our global HCM system, Workday, and together with colleagues you are responsible for system configuration, report creation and business support. The main focus for this role is Learning, Talent and Performance.
In addition, you keep attention to HR trends and development and understand how Workday can be improved to support the HR processes in the most efficient way.
You act as an important speaking partner by coordinating and supporting the business in relevant HR process areas and strategic reporting. You ensure that HR information, standards, processes, and routines are aligned with the overall directives for Alleima Group. Additionally, you support our common global HR objectives by simplifying concepts and proactively network to ensure that collected data is accurate, timely and provided by the right source. You also assure that the business has relevant tools and data available to take strategic decisions.
The position is located at Alleima site in Sandviken.


About You
We think you have a University Degree or have gained equivalent knowledge through experience. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who wants to develop into the IT area, alternatively an IT professional who wants to move into the area of IT for HR. We appreciate if you have experience of analyzing data as well as creating structures and reports. An understanding of HR processes as well as experience of Workday is advantageous. You have genuine interest in IT systems and, more specifically, how IT systems add value to the HR business.

You are organized, thorough and pay close attention to detail – while at the same time being able to understand overall concepts, structures, and processes. With a natural talent for solving problems and identifying improvements, you enhance our systems in ways that benefit the organization and our employees. Creating valuable solutions motivates you, and you enjoy networking with different parts of our business. You have excellent skills in English, both speaking and writing.
