In this position you will have the opportunity to work within a wide range of HR areas in an international environment.
Technical Service is looking for an experienced HR Professional who will support the managers in the organisation.You will be working in a team of three persons and report to the Swedish HR Manager.The position is a temporary position until May 31, 2009.
Your main tasks will be:
- To be the managers speaking partner in HR matters.
- Drive all kinds of HR issues, such as salary revision and negotiations with the unions.
- Focus on Competence Development and drive the Competence - Development Process for the entire organisation.
- Together with HR CoE you will handle IT & STA contracts as well as recruitments.
- Personnel administration in eHR is also an important part of the job.
Kvalifikationer
The successful candidate has a university degree within HR or equivalent combined with HR experience from similar positions.As a person you possess good communication and people skills, integrity and a strong drive for results.You have a holistic organisational view and networking skills.
Knowledge of e-HR and experience from maintaining and improving HR related routines is an advantage but not a requirement.You have a good command of English in both writing and speaking.
