Snow is a global company in extreme growth and to have smooth HR processes is essential for us to continue our success. That is why we are now making big changes and improving the system support for core employee processes. A big part of making these changes a reality is to implement a new core HR system.
We are looking for someone who thrives in this kind of fast changing environment to join our HR-support and Payroll team on a fixed-term basis. We need your help to complete this project and your support with documenting all things related to it. You will work closely with our two HR system specialists in the entire implementation that is covering a wide range of HR processes for our 23 countries - including e.g. absence tracking, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, salary review and goal setting. You´ll be part of an amazing HR team and learn about how core HR processes works in a global, growing company.
WHAT YOU`LL BE DOING
• Documentation throughout the implementation project (requirements, configuration, meeting notes, decisions etc)
• Support in simple system configuration and testing
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and presentations
• Coordinate, facilitate and document testing sessions of functionality (following pre-defined test protocols)
• Support in employee data cleansing and quality assurance
• Create training material and “how to” guides for employees, managers and HR
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
• You should be organized and thorough, documenting any change request and decision in the project.
• Experience from working with administrative tasks, preferably project administration, for a minimum of 2 years
• Experience from working and administrating in a system, preferably within the HR area.
• Very good knowledge in Excel
• Fluent in Swedish as well as English (written/verbally)
• You are at ease with learning/navigating/using online tools
• You are a doer and make sure to structure your work to reach goals
• You are service minded and always strive to deliver value to our customers
