HR PROJECT LEADER

Job Description
Our fintech client is seeking a HR Project Leader to manage projects and processes related to total rewards and reporting. The company aims to transform the banking industry for the better and has developed a robust open banking platform with valuable services that derive value from financial data.

As the Project Leader, you will be accountable for various projects, ranging from reporting HR-KPIs such as headcount and attrition, to implementing and ensuring processes for the payout of variable incentive models in the customer's different markets. The role involves a lot of project management, and our client is looking for a hands-on individual.

Qualifications
- You should have several years of project management experience.
- You have experience in Total Rewards, Reporting, and Analytics.
- You are fluent in English, both oral and written. Swedish is a plus.

You must possess excellent communication skills and be motivated. The client is a rapidly growing company that faces many uncertainties, and the more mature and confident you are, the easier it will be to handle these challenges.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 3-6 months, with possible extension.
