The HR Centre of Expertise (CoE) has the responsibility to enable the most efficient and effective people solutions based on business needs and driving business performance. The mission is to secure people processes, methods and tools to simplify the daily work for our managers and employees. As a part of the CoE the group HR Project Management Office (PMO) have the global responsibility and mandate to develop and implement new HR solutions. We are ten members in the team and our common goal is to find a structured way to work with HR projects in the organisation. In this position you will report directly to the Senior Manager HR PMO.

As HR Project Manager you are responsible for establishing projects and the team necessary for a successful outcome. You will manage projects involving development and implementation of HR processes, methods and tools on a global level. In this role you will also get the opportunity to take an expert role in specific issues, act as a project member in other HR projects than your own and actively participate in the development of our team. We aim for excellent collaboration with other key departments to ensure alignment and support for key activities. Main responsibilities

* Interact with project sponsors and key stakeholders, to make sure that business and people requirements are met and facilitated within the projects
* Actively ensure that development and/or implementation are in-line with the overall business and HR strategy and People processes
* Ensure smooth integration of the project and other parts within/outside HR
* Work in accordance with project management standards and the HR Project Model
* Lead/manage gate approvals and decisions that impact or change the project
* Plan, manage and monitor key project deliverables such as project scope, time and activity plan, resource plan, and risk and Issue management
* Develop, motivate, manage and provide leadership for project team
* Ensure project deliverables meet stated expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business goal
* Complete closure report, including lesson learned

Required qualifications

* University degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
* At least 5-10 years relevant working experience within the HR field
* Practical experience of leading and implementing change in a global organisation
* Extensive experience of leading projects, preferably with formal training and/or certification
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken

* Strong analytical skills as well as an interest for details
* Committed to development and ongoing improvement
