We are looking for a HR Project & Process Manager who will get the opportunity to work closely with our Chief Human Recourse Officer (CHRO). As a HR Project & Process Manager you are responsible for driving and coordinating strategic projects. You will also take part in cross-functional projects as a leader or team member. This includes being responsible for developing, aligning and packaging HR processes and activities making sure that they enable value adding close to business implementation. We expect you to act as a change agent and a sparring partner to the CHRO, but also to represent the CHRO in meetings and projects of operational nature. With an innovative approach, you will take ownership in the development, implementation and follow-up on the strategy and HR agenda as well as develop communication plans that align to business objectives. As a HR Project & Process Manager you will work closely with the HR Managers in all Telenor divisions as well as the managers of HR Core and Learning & Development. The role reports to the CHRO.
Required skills and experience To succeed in the role as a HR Project & Process Manager you need a broad understanding of project and process management. You can execute on project plans, and manage change initiatives. Furthermore you have an innovative mindset and a high level of strategic thinking. We expect you to enjoy being involved in a wide range of initiatives and projects – and you have a strong ability to define the right approach and process for the task. Furthermore we believe that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate to all employee and leadership levels.
Relevant University degree
Solid and relevant work experience from Human Resources
Proven experience from project management
Experience in managing stakeholders at top management level
Fluent in English or Swedish
