We’re looking for
A HR Responsible within Sales who will partner with Brand HR, Global Sales Manager, Area Managers and Area HR´s within &Other Stories Brand. You will also partner with all the Country HR managers where we have physical stores. You will Drive and Develop HR Initiatives across the business. This is a very dynamic role balancing operational HR and employee relations with long term strategic direction and implementation of Employee hiring, retention plans to enhance business performance and profitability. As Sales HR Responsible you have in-direct staff responsibility for all areas globally in relation to HR.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
· Implement and follow up on global H&M brand long-term strategies and connect it to business results
· Work alongside HR Brand and support implementing different initiatives, in both the Ateliers & Stores
· Responsible for overseeing & Other Stories HR standards are met according to brand and legal guidelines
· Ensuring customer service is delivered in accordance to & Other Stories expectations
· Support new market set up for both Store & Online
We’d love to meet someone who
· Has a university BA or MA degree in HR.
· International leadership work experience of 10+ yrs in HR management within recruitment, brand strategy and legal aspects of talent management within a commercial context.
· The ability to set an HR Strategy according to the HR Brand Strategy, and implement those actions into operational goals and tasks.
· Work experience from HR leadership management from the international commercial fashion industry.
· Being business minded with strong communication and leadership skills is a must in this role to be able to support and coach managers in an impactful way
· You are updated on the latest Recruitment and Employer Branding trends and can turn words into action.
· Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
