Our customer is looking for a HR Reward Specialist.
As the interim HR Reward Specialist, you will join a team of experienced specialists. Your role will involve working in a cooperative setting, servicing senior management and line managers both in Sweden and internationally. Operating in a global capacity, you will collaborate with various departments to consistently deliver excellent service. The consultant must possess a strong passion for both numbers and individuals. Your inquisitive nature allows you to view challenges as opportunities for personal growth. You have a genuine desire to acquire new knowledge and stay informed about the world around you, constantly seeking to understand emerging trends.
Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with senior stakeholders is second nature to you, you thrive in a collaborative team environment, working alongside others to achieve common objectives. Additionally, you have a business-oriented mindset and approach problem-solving with a focus on finding the most beneficial solutions for everyone involved.
Your jobassignments:
- Assisting in the implementation of global reward policies and initiatives, such as salary setting, incentive calculations, and market analysis
- Managing the local benefits portfolio through our Benefits Portal
- Collaborating with various departments within our HR Service Centre, including Mobility Specialists, Payroll, Recruitment, etc., to support customers mobile employees on reward-related matters
- Conducting yearly Equal Pay Analysis
- Participating in the Annual Compensation Review
- Driving and participating in Continuous Improvement initiatives within HR to enhance productivity and provide excellent service to the company's business
Requirements:
- A couple of years’ experience from HR or Finance.
- Experience from working in international environments
- Hands-on experience from Compensation & Benefits
- Great Excel skills (presentations, pivot tables, xlookups, etc.) and a data driven mindset.
Experience from similar roles in larger international organisations is considered a merit.
