We need to add a HR Services Administrator to our existing team, to provide our managers, employees and colleagues with professional HR transactional and administrative support. You will be the first point of contact with our workforce and as such you will need to enjoy professional interactions and problem solving.
Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager & Reward, you will work closely with the existing HR Services Administrator to take responsibility for the Nordic region.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor, respond and escalate cases and requests in the People Experience Portal to ensure that they are resolved in accordance with decided timeframe and quality.
Provide first line support to employees and managers in the physical HR Service Desk and via the Service Phone.
Provide the Nordics HR Services team with efficient administrative and HRIS support
Maintain HR master data systems, ensuring full compliance with local legislation.
Assist with monthly travel expense reporting.
Ensure all employee documentation is in place and correctly reflect employment, changes and exits.
Maintain, purge and archive employee personal files and data in accordance with GDPR
To be successful in this role you need:
University Business Degree in the Human Resources or similar
Minimum 1 year in similar administrative role
Fluent in English, Swedish and Finnish
Extensive experience of Microsoft Office Software such as Teams, Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience of Service Now, SuccessFactors and/or Concur software is considered an advantage.
As a person you need to be service minded with a good eye for details. Furthermore you enjoy a high work pace and have high ability to be flexible and re-prioritize your work tasks.
