Essity is continuing to pave its’ way ahead in a digitized path which leads to new and global ways of working with HR related questions.
Last year we moved HR system(s) into the global tool Workday and implemented a service management system to provide stakeholder support. As we’re taking the next steps to build and retain a strong team for continuously support delivery, we are now look for an HR Service Desk Analyst.
We believe you have a strong interest in helping and providing services to our customers and stakeholders. If you have a special interest in organizational structure related topics this position within GBS HR will then suit you even better. You need to be eager to learn and to set your knowledge in practice, but patient enough to become a stable, trustworthy go-to-person.
About the role
The HR Service Desk Analyst develops the service desk function globally and work with the service line operation teams to execute this function. The role contributes to the development of new and/or improved services, tools and processes. The HR Service Desk Analyst will support the service development team by collecting and transferring knowledge and turning that knowledge into continuous improvement.
The position is within Global Business Services HR and is a replacement. It will be located at the Gothenburg office, in which you will report to the HR Services Desk Team Leader.
What you will do
Manage stakeholder requests in an effective way to ensures that our stakeholder needs are met in a timely and effective way
Responsible to establish and maintain an effective communication with customers and key stakeholders, within matrix and own organization
Understand what solutions can be harmonized and what solutions need to be customized due to legal requirements, but working to implement a harmonized way of working to the greatest extent possible
Use the knowledge of all processes within the service line in order to implement solutions to meet and exceed the needs of our stakeholders
Contribute to the development of new and/or improved services, automation possibilities and processes
Contribute in collecting and transferring knowledge and working to turn that knowledge into continuous improvement
Work in close cooperation between the different organizational units
We believe you:
Have a university degree within Human Resources Management
Are English speaking and preferably also speaking other languages, either Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish.
Have experience from working in a Service Desk function or HR Services administration
Preferably you have:
Experience of Workday
Experience of organizational changes and structure in service management system(s)
