As HR Service Partner Marine your main focus is to support our fleet in HR matters and to provide the ships with competent and qualified operational personnel. You will report to our HR Manager Marine and work in a group consisting of two colleagues with similar responsibilities.
What you´ll do:
• Provide day to day support for onboard managers in manning matters
• Recruit, assess and select according to the established procedure for junior officers
• Manage internal recruitment process according to the established procedure for senior officers in cooperation with your HR Manager
• Ensure that new employees are competent, qualified and suitable experienced and that documentation and certification is compliant with company’s SMS
• Participate in induction of new employees (policies, routines and company values). Ensuring company induction meets quality demands and is conducted for all newly hired deck and engine staff and cadets
• Planning of cadets
• Work closely together with internal as well as external partners
Who you are:
We are looking for someone with HR degree . You have a couple of years’ experience from working with general HR issues, administration or manning. Experience from and ability to interpret collective agreements and knowledge of STCW Manila and sea specific regulations is a merit.
It is important that you are a non-prestigious person and that you are willing to take on different tasks. You are fast paced but at the same time a thorough, detail oriented and structured.

This is temporary employment with start in early 2017 until August 31st 2017. You will be based in Gothenburg.
