Stena Line, one of the world’s largest ferry companies, are now looking for a new fantastic addition at our HR Service Center. Our HR department in Gothenburg consists of HRBPs, specialists, service partners and coordinators. To join our team, we are now recruiting a HR Service Partner on a temporary basis (parental leave).
As HR Service Partner you will assist HR Business Partners and management in operational and administrative HR matters. You will work in Stena Line’s HR Service Center and report to Manager of Shared Services.
What you’ll do:
• Support to onboard management and employees in general HR matters
• Manage start process including new hire request paperwork, offer of employment and ensuring that company induction is conducted
• Provide information and report data
• Support the annual performance appraisal cycle
• Wage calculations for substitutes and permanent staff
• Point of contact for all HR administration queries: personal records, maintenance, beneficiary updates, fitness activities, etc
• Assist in projects and development of processes and routines
• Other administrative tasks relevant for the position
Qualifications and Personal Profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor degree or equivalent within HR. You have a couple of years’ experience from working with general HR matters and administration. Furthermore, you have experience from- and ability to interpret collective agreements. Experience from digitalization and work on digital HR platforms and systems are highly meritorious.
Of course, you are a great and flexible colleague, willing to take on different tasks. You are fast paced but at the same time detail oriented and structured. You are service minded and enjoy contact and communication with other people. You can easily create positive relationships with others.
The position and location
This is a temporary position until September 2018 with start in June 2017. Your base will be at the Stena Line Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden.
