HR Services based in Sweden is a regional center that provides qualified services within HR to Sandvik in Sweden, Norway and Denmark with a local center in Finland. This includes professional support and advice to managers and employees in the area of HR, as well as payroll, recruitment services, administration of personal and organizational data. Operations are characterized by a high tempo with strong customer focus.

Contact Services is part of the HR Services and aims to deliver world class "one point of contact" in HR related matters to Sandvik's all companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The function is very important to ensure availability of HR support and advisory to Line Managers and employees.

Key performance areas
We are looking for a qualified and proactive individual who has a positive attitude towards challenges in the job and enjoys providing quality HR advice to Sandvik's Line Managers, HR Business Partners and employees via phone and e-mail. The questions that will be answered include all areas of expertise in HR. You contribute continuously to development of the function and the efficient transfer of knowledge both internally and externally. You are a member of the Contact Services team where you have a personal responsibility for your work, which among other things include:

- Respond to and resolve incoming cases
- Via guidance and remote-support guide and support our clients to make updates in the various HR systems
- Educate HR Advisors, managers and employees in our personnel system
- Together with your colleagues to ensure observance and the development of practices and service delivery
- Ongoing quality assurance and develop the content of HR portal and the knowledge database

Your profile
You are skilled at combining true service mind with a university degree in HR, or equivalent experience. Experience in customer service and/or service desk as well as personnel and payroll systems is an advantage. Fluency in English and Swedish, in both written and spoken, is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.

As a person you are outgoing, flexible and responsible with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize your tasks in an efficient manner. You enjoy working in a team and take ownership of the team's common tasks. With your strong customer focus and good sense of service, you create confidence in your customer relationship by taking active ownership, identify customer needs, investigate or seek information to answer questions and give feedback to the customer. You are self-motivated with high integrity and ability to give excellent service with speed, focus and ambition in mind.
