HR SERVICES SPECIALIST

Kvalifikationer
- You have previous experience from payroll work and HR administration.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- It is a plus if you have worked in SAP business system and that you have knowledge of working with AGI (Arbetsgivardeklarationer) so-called employer declaration at individual level.
- It is a plus if you have knowledge of Swedish labor law, pensions, insurances as well as compensation and benefits.

Job Description
We are now looking for a HR Services Specialist to our client in Västerås, remote work is possible.

In this position, you will execute accurate service processes related to Payroll, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), or Human Resources (HR) administration for an assigned group of employees. You will ensure appropriate support for internal customers and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders. You ensure execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreements.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start in the beginning of October and the assignment is expected to run until the end of June 2023, with possible extension.
