We are seeking an HR Professional with experience in Marketing/Social Media working with US Companies and Clients. This is a unique role focusing on Human Resources and all of the company's media platforms.
Job Description:


Social Media Strategy
● Digital PR initiatives and online community management for current and potential US clients
● Research, source partners and create relationships for US Business/ Contracts
● Plan, source and evaluate content for multiple social media platforms
● Keeping up to date with industry trends, practices and developments to US clients
● Develop communication plans with schedules, priorities, responsibilities and briefs
● PR reporting with analysis, value and visibility for new perspective US clients


Human Resources Management
● Collaborate with the Business on a variety of initiatives to drive consistency from talent planning, performance management, new US contracts
● Serve as the “voice of the business” acting as a key funnel for communicating feedback on the organizational pulse and on any talent /business leadership, to mitigate risks and strengthen the overall health of the organization focusing (US business/International)
● Serve as an advisor or coach where questions of work morale or relationship issues arise between Leaders and Team Members while maintaining the perspective of a team member advocate
● Collaborate with the Business on a variety of initiatives to drive consistency from talent planning, performance management, deploying programs and coaching the leader they support
● Serve as an advisor or coach where questions of work morale or relationship issues arise between Leaders and Team Members while maintaining the perspective of a team member advocate
● Digital PR initiatives and online community management for current and potential US clients
For this role you must:
● Have a Bachelor degree within Human Resources Management or related field.
● Minimum 5 years’ experience within HR, focused on US Market
● You are fluent in English (Native Level), verbal and written. Additional language skills are a merit.
● Excellent knowledge of US labor law and contract.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn.
● Experience from an US company is preferred.
● Experience with Social Media, Marketing in US Markets.
● “Digital savy” and comfortable around systems and tools Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
● Experience in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with others.
