You are part of our Nordics HR team and focus on operational tasks
You have responsibility for HR Administrations, HRIS and Payroll in region
You are our super user and expert for HR systems and tools and provide provides best-in-class operational and administrative HR services to managers and employees
You help us to efficiently execute global and regional standards and processes

Your days will be filled with…
Ensuring professional and high-quality HR work, data handling and administration
Supporting and track results of HR-driven processes
Sharing information with stakeholders and professionally manage relationships
Provide regular updates of reports and KPIs
Maintain knowledge of trends, latest developments and new technologies in human resources
Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations and provide advice on employee relation matters

We look for…
A Strong team player, willing to take ownership and responsibility
A qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline
A minimum experience of 2 years in HR administration in at least one Nordic country (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden)
Good knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in preferable two of the Nordic countries (incl. Finland)
Preferably proficient in two Nordic languages, incl. Finnish, as well as English
