HR Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Hiring: recruitment, select agent/ channel on advertisement, CV selection, arrange/coordinate interview
- Employment offering letter / contract preparation
- New employment: office facilities, such as notebook, LCD, phone, business card preparation & arrangement
- Orientation: coordinate introduction / training days for new employees
- HR systems: create/ maintain/ termination
- Pension and insurance coordination
- National insurance (FK) requirement: long sick leave, parental leave etc. documentation and reporting
- Labor law and union negotiations
- Support managers in HR issues and processes
- Prepare the implementation of employee surveys and assist in the analysis of the results
- Examining current workplace policies, resolving workplace issues, safe work environment control and implementation
- Other common personnel administrative tasks

Required Skills and Experience:
- At least colleague graduate or equivalent in HR
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
- Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in HR
- Self-motivated and structured individual
- You can obviously handle confidential matters with integrity
- Excellent organizing, planning, analysis abilities and excellent problem resolution and consultative skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- You are outgoing and responsive, quick to build confidence, likes to take the initiative and appreciate daily contact with managers, employees and colleagues.
- Passionate in HR, and with long term career plan
