Kvalifikationer
- You have academic degree within HR or similar.
- You have a couple of years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English, both written and orally.
- Fluent in Swedish is meritorious.

Job Description
For our client who operates in the automotive industry and works closely with several other major brands, we are now looking for an HR specialist. In the role of HR specialist at our client, you will lead the projects, implementation, and training with close corporation with People & Culture Business. The focus areas will be Culture, Performance and Manning. You will also keep track of the subject matter area to ensure that external development is considered and utilized when developing procedures in the field of People & Culture. As an HR specialist you will be responsible for the procedures execution in-line with agreed policies and guidelines.

Personal qualities
To fit in the role as HR specialist we believe you have the ability to think and act operationally as well as strategic. You are looking for a position where you can use your analytical skills to make appropriate diagnostics and you have a business acumen to engage and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

Admission and Application
Full time position (40 h/week). The position is expected to start in the beginning of October and is expected to run until May 2023, with chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in central Gothenburg or Skövde.
