We are looking for an HR Specialist (fluent in English and Swedish) for a global company in Stockholm. Start ASAP, 7 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
About the position


Join our dynamic HR Operations team in Sweden as an HR Specialist with expertise in operational HR! As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving key HR processes, maintaining HR data, and serving as a point of contact for employees and managers. You will also have the opportunity to lead various HR development projects and contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives. Due to organizational changes, this position will be moved to another legal entity in the near future.
HR Operations is the organization's second line when it comes to HR related questions and requests and handles the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function. Responsibility and key tasks HR Operations


Manage and develop operational HR processes:
Carry out responsibility throughout the entire life-cycle including areas such as: employment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, terms and conditions, organizational changes, work environment, rehabilitation, time reporting and off boarding


Provide HR related guidance:
• Provide policies, procedures and templates that are up to date and in line with collective agreements and local laws
• Own an employee handbook that is fit for purpose and contains as many commonalities across countries as possible
• Advise leaders and employees in human resource related matters
Enable HR data & Analytics:
• Ensure high quality HR data
• Provide HR data & analytics to the business to give meaningful insight
Support HR activities and projects:
• Support local HR Consultants (Country team) in strategic human resource projects
• Support global HR functions in yearly recurring activities such as engagement survey, performance management process etc.
• Support merger, demerger, acquisition and outsourcing projects involving HR activities
Your role
In this role the ticket system Zendesk as well as the personnel system Workday will be your primary tools. The job is a lot about service and administration and to thrive in this role, you need to like high pace and constant change. You will start by handling the most basic processes and then have the possibility to grow with the assignment and have increased responsibility. You will work closely with a team of 6 colleagues within HR Operations but also having daily cooperation with other HR colleagues and other support functions.

Experience/skills must have:
• A relevant academic degree such as HR
• Experience within a broad HR operations role (2-3 years)
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Proven ability to master IT systems

• Proficient Excel user
• Experience of the HR system Workday
• Experience of a ticket system
• Experience of working in a global Company
• Experience in work environment area
This is a full-time, 50% on-site, consultant position through Incluso in Stockholm. Start is ASAP, 7 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
