Presis Konsult is an IT consultancy supporting various client operations on their developing projects.
We now need to expand our workforce with more employees who want to be involved in driving our development forward.
As an HR specialist with us, you are involved in managing our most important resource, i.e., our staff. As it is a new service, you have the opportunity to be involved in shaping the role and your everyday life with us.


The goal of the position is to support the business in HR issues such as recruitments, training, labor law issues and systematic work environment management. The role of HR specialist is estimated to cover 50-75% of a full-time position, but it is possible to add administrative tasks so that the position covers 100%.


Duties included in the role:


· Design and publish new job postings


· Manage applications, be responsible for contacts, appointment bookings and interviews with applicants


· Maintain recruitment statistics and reports


· Search for new channels and recruitment opportunities


· Work with Employer Branding in social channels


· Onboarding of new employees


· Plan and conduct training for existing staff


· HR administration such as contract writing, wellness and occupational health care.


· Support managers in issues regarding work environment and labor law


· Preparatory check of timesheets and absences before salary execution


· Be part of recurring HR processes such as salary formation, salary mapping, staff review and budget work.


· Collaborate with all departments and within the corporate group in projects concerning HR.


· Work with the policies and GDPR issues that are personnel related


· Other administrative tasks such as scheduling and activity planning of corporate events, etc.


Qualifications


We are looking for you with a university or college education in the BA / HR area. You have experience and knowledge in labor law, rehabilitation and work environment issues.


You enjoy working with people and are curious, open in your relationship with others, like to take your own initiatives and have a proactive personality. You speak English unhindered. If you have an interest in statistics and analysis and have worked with Excel in a qualified way, it is meritorious.


You are passionate about a good business climate and a good staff spirit at work.


You will collaborate with staff in different departments of the company and you must therefore be used to effectively dealing with people in different situations. You have a positive charisma and it rubs off on those you meet.


Since the position includes varying tasks, you need to be used to handling stress and prioritizing among different tasks.


We see that you like a high work pace but that you are also careful so that the tasks are done correctly immediately. You are used to creating structure for your work and as a person you are helpful, fast, accurate, unpretentious, and ambitious.


You like to have a prominent role where you get to take a lot of responsibility and solve different problems. You have very good computer skills and are used to working in different systems.


The position is filled immediately, and applications are handled on an ongoing basis.
