We are looking for an HR professional to create our HR Best Practice Handbook for all managers in our global organization.

Your assignment will be to gather information and best practices from our various companies in different countries and to write a useful handbook based on the material collected and input from different stakeholders. To ensure all important topics are covered in the handbook, you will be given a handbook layout/outline as the foundation of your writing.

The purpose of the handbook is to make it easier for our managers to do a good HR job, clarify what is expected of a manager at Bufab and to offer tools for handling different HR situations in a good way. The handbook will contain information, guidance and templates to help managers in different situations.

You could either be temporary employed by us or self-employed during the assignment.


Your profile
You need to have both a relevant education and work experience in HR.

As the job requires a lot of writing and international contacts advanced language skills in English are required.

We are looking for a person who is self-motivated and at the same time process-oriented and well-structured.


Location
You will be located in Värnamo, Sweden.   


Time for the assignment
We would like you to start around 1st September and work until the end of the year. The assignment could be from 60 to 100 percent of a fulltime employment.
