WHAT IS AXIS?

We are now looking for an Employer Branding Specialist working from our HQ in Lund.
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING YOU?
This role offers a great variety of tasks and operates in between the areas Employer Branding, Marketing and Recruitment. You will work closely with driven, friendly and ambitious colleagues and managers within HR, Marketing, IT and the Business.
You will be overall responsible for driving and maintaining Axis' talent community where you will work with different target groups, actively approaching and establishing the relationship with the network in the community.
This means that you will work as a driver and a coordinator for stakeholders within different competence areas. You will develop a strategic direction for the assigned area, plan the activities that needs to be done and monitor the competitive landscape, bringing back information to relevant stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering content to the different target groups such as events, campaigns, films, storytelling, web, social media and much more.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe you are a creative person who enjoys working in a role where high pace, multitasking and variation is essential for your success. In order to perform well in this position, we believe you have the following background and qualifications:
* University studies in Human Resources or Marketing
* At least 2 years of experience from working with employer branding and/or recruitment, preferable from a technology-intensive industry
* Understanding about Employer Branding and its impact on the business
* Understanding of the recruitment process
* We believe you have experience from driving projects with internal/external stakeholders and a good knowledge in digital web including social media and an interest in marketing
As a person you are driven, positive and structured and find your motivation and passion in delivering results through working closely with the business and networking in an independently and proactive way. We also believe that you enthuse people around you and have the ability to engage your stakeholders in a changing environment. You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally in Swedish and English.
