HR Specialist Global Mobility (parental leave cover)

Today we deliver to different automotive brands in the Geely family such as Geely Auto, Volvo Cars, and Lynk & Co and are based at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.

We are looking for an HR specialist to join our team to work with general Global Mobility tasks. This is a temporary opportunity due to parental leave.

This is what you will do most of the time:
You will be responsible for administering the lifecycle of assignments for employees being assigned to CEVT, other Geely entities within Sweden and/or abroad. Tasks will include coordinating immigration, payroll, pension, tax, and insurances (with support from suppliers). You will also keep in regular contact with our HR colleagues at Geely’s headquarter based in Hangzhou, China, to provide HR support to their assignees based in Sweden.
The role will also include supporting our recruiters, HRBPs and managers with recruiting international local hires. Tasks will include coordinating pre-visits, onboarding and immigration for candidates / new hires together with suppliers.
You may also support with business travel queries such as invitation letter requests, visas and more.

- Attentive to detail
- Experienced within HR/Administration
- Fully proficient in English both written and verbally. Chinese is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
