A member of the Global Compensation & Benefits team you will work closely with specialists ranging from Payroll, Compensation and Benefits to our colleagues in the Talent management area. We believe that development, of both our products and each other, are vital components to prepare for future challenges and therefore we believe we need to share our knowledge and opinions to be successful.

The purpose of the team is to support our strategy in creating global solutions, support in local implementation and act as advisors to the business. We do this through our agile work methods, our global network and regular business contacts. Work description
Change is the new normal - creating new demands on leadership and requirements on support and governance structures. To strengthen our ability to support that direction we are strengthening or Compensation team with an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert to be part of our product team, as well as working as a subject matter expert, as an important and appreciated team member. Besides our Global development needs our Compensation & Benefits portfolio is growing, both in terms of content and complexity. Our product team is responsible for everything from Global Reward directives, Global incentive schemes, Pension and Insurance strategy as well executive compensation and products related to the above. To be successful we believe that you will drive results by building trust and collaborate with team members across PX and business functions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor in either Human Resources or Finance
• Experience from working with operational and/or structural Compensation& Benefits topics
• Experience from leading C&B related projects
• Ability to analyze large datasets

Meritorious
• Experience from change management
• Experience from Success factors "Compensation module"
• Experience working within the frames of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code
• Experience coordination of the implementation of a Share plan administrator.
• Experience from participating in setting up share-based incentives incl the establishment of new work procedures
