Arbetsbeskrivning
You will be responsible for administering the employee lifecycle and advising departments across the organization on multiple HR processes. The position will also involve some tasks related to continuous improvement of our HR processes on a local scale but with the global impact.
You will participate in a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and become responsible for improvement projects. You will also get an opportunity to share your knowledge in Outokumpu's international graduate development program called Form your Future.
Main responsibilities
Facilitate the employee lifecycle via processes like:
On- / offboarding
Compensation & benefits
Pension, data, company car, and general administration
Health & well-being
Documentation and reporting / analytics within the General Services Team
Communication with employees and managers, advice on HR processes
Contribution to further development of processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvements of our HR services
Close cooperation with international HR colleagues
Support to HR optimization projects with cross-disciplinary teams on an international level
Requirements
Recent Bachelor / Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent fields and maximum 2 years of related work experience, preferably within HR and customer service
Excellent MS-office skills
Strong interest to develop cross-functional and international and willingness to travel
High career aspirations with a hands-on attitude and enjoy taking own responsibility
Eagerness to learn and develop and to work in fields new to you
Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
