About The Position
We are looking for a HR specialist to our headquarter in Gothenburg. You will provide operational and administrative HR services to managers and employees, and actively focus on recruitment.
Actively work and focus on recruitment
Support the organization in administrative and operational HR matters
Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Maintain knowledge of trends in HRM
Other administrative tasks



We believe you have:
Experience of recruitment
Experience in HR administration
Education within HR or similar
Good understanding of local employment laws and
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
If you have technical interest it´s an extra plus



We also believe you:
Have great interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term and trust-based relationships with both managers and co workers
Have a structured way of working
Are service minded with a “can-do” attitude
