We are looking for a HR Specialist to work with our expert HR team of for our Umeå production site. This is a temporary role from October 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2023. Do you have a passion for Human Resources? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
• Provide dedicated support and guidance to managers and employees as well as the Umeå HR Business Partner with specific focus on: HR transactions related to offer requests, employee onboarding, data maintenance and HR data reporting
• Manage reporting for several HR processes (headcount, sick leave etc)
• Assists with all other HR data & transaction requests as needed while protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment and care
• Hiring and staffing support to managers
• Participate in the yearly salary planning process
• Participate in regular union meetings
• Interface with payroll and HR Operations suggesting process improvements to reduce administrative workload and increase productivity
Who you are
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline in which business knowledge and understanding of human resource practices are gained is required.
To be successful in this role we believe at least one year of proven experience with core HR practices such as union relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits is necessary.
A proven rigor around data and an efficient way of working is also acquired. As Cytiva is a global organization English is required as a working language and experience from a matrix organization is an advantage.
The HR Generalist is an approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels, has strong customer service focus and applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality at all times.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment are desired characteristics.
