About the role
This is a temporary, full time position of min. 6 months, possibly longer, needed due to parental leaves and recent exits. We are looking for a broad HR Specialist to join the HR team in preferable Stockholm but potentially in one of our other Nordic offices, in an mainly operative role. You will primarily work within projects and clearly outlined tasks, collaborating with the rest of the HR team; an HR Generalist, an HR Business Partner and the Nordic P&C Director. This is a Nordic role in a sense that the projects you will be working on will cover our Nordic region.
About you
As a person you are a natural self-starter, process-driven and keen on delivering results. You understand the importance of collaboration, and are adept at involving stakeholders and colleagues in driving your projects forward. In addition, you enjoy working with people and feel excited about directly impacting our organization through your valuable contributions!
To be successful in this role you’d need previous project leading experience, and a learning mindset. You’d also need to be proficient in written and verbal English. Previous HR experience is optimal, but not a requirement.
Your main responsibilities
- Conduct the annual Equal Pay Analysis
- Coordinate and execute on the bi-annual Employee Engagement survey
- Summarize End of Year data / KPIs for reporting purposes
- Contribute to finalize and release of HR system
- Review and update HR policies and procedure for the Nordic region
- Aid in conducting Work Environment Plans
- Ensuring HR department is GDPR Complaint
- Participate/run other HR projects aligned with 3 year HR strategy
