About the role
We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist/Project Manager that wants to contribute and challenge the overall business plan by create and support the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, processes programs and activities.

What you´ll do:
As a People & Culture specialist and project manager you will lead the projects, implementation, and training with close corporation with People & Culture Business. The focus areas will be Culture, Performance and Manning. You will also keep track of the subject matter area to ensure that external development is considered and utilized when developing procedures in the field of People & Culture. As a project manager you will be accountable for the procedures execution in-line with agreed policies and guidelines.

About you
We think that you fit the profile if you want do drive development in a cost effective way with the ability to think and act operationally as well as strategic. You are looking for a position where you can use your analytical skills to make appropriate diagnostics and you have a business acumen to engage and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

Requirements: 
- A few years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and orally.
- Fluent in Swedish is meritorious.
