Job Summary
We are helping Kedali with the recruitment of a HR-specialist. We are looking for you who is an excellent hands-on doer who gets things executed and does not mind getting into the details.

Your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment, on-and-off boarding
- Responsible for union relations and negotiations
- Support the whole organization within labor law
- Responsible for the establishment of the training system. Identify and collect training
needs, training implementation and documentation
- Build and update HR processes and policies, explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Build and maintain excellent and effective employee relations
- Responsible for reporting to relevant Swedish Agencies, such as, Försäkringskassan,
IA System, Fora, SCB etc.
Requirements and Experience
We believe that you have at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources and labour law, preferably in manufacturing companies. It is also preferred if you have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related. We also like for you to have experience with recruitment and Collective Bargaining Agreement. You have excellent English and Swedish communication skills, both in speech and in writing.
As a person, you feel motivated to take on new challenges, are flexible, friendly and have sense of quality. You have a high degree of integrity and a good sense of humor. We also believe that you have an ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines. Lastly, you work well with others in a team environment, as well as individually.
