Job description:

In order to continue our efforts to implement our HR processes globally, we are seeking an experienced HR-Specialist. You will divide your efforts and work roughly 70% within the Nord-Lock Group and 30% within the Latour group's other wholly-owned companies. Your duties include, among others, to act as a sounding board and provide support to our managers, both nationally and globally. Further, you will have an active role in areas such as employment and termination issues, labor-law issues, as well as process documentation and implementation. You will also support both the HR department as well as other managers in recruitment needs.

In addition to these tasks, you are responsible for your own skills within HR, as well as our internal processes and policies being up to date and comply with applicable laws and collective bargaining agreements. To help in these task, you have our central HR function within Latour consisting of the HR-Director, two HR-Specialists and three Payroll Specialists.

Profile:

This position requires a relevant degree in HR or alternatively a legal degree with extensive knowledge within the field of HR and employment law. You enjoy working with international contacts and are driven to work in an organization with offices in Europe and elsewhere in the world. To enjoy this role, you should have ease of administrative tasks and have the ability to establish and implement procedures and processes in our respective companies. Furthermore, you are independent and have an eye for detail. Your work experience in the area is perennial and you are a person of high integrity. The position will be based in Malmö or Gothenburg and the role involves a more than average amount of traveling.
