HR Specialist to Schneider Electric - 006XK5

Now we’re looking for a HR Specialist who can share her/his energy with us to develop a better future. One of our colleagues are going for a parental leave and we need to strengthen the team. You will be based in Frösundavik, Solna and the assignment starts in beginning of May for appr 5 months period.
In the HR function we aim to create an environment for employees to deliver the best of Schneider Electric to our customers. We are experts in people matters, our collaboration and the engagement of each of us is key to achieve our company's growth and business ambitions.
In this role, you will have a great opportunity to work closely with the business in a local and international environment. As HR Specialist you play a key role in the organization and work closely with our HR Business Partners, Managers and teams.
To be successful in this position you are a person with drive and ambition, who is people and business minded, takes initiative and have excellent communication skills. It’s key that you have a genuine interest in people, are enthusiastic and confident.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR role, ideally with experience from a large international company. Relevant University degree and fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish is a must. You are familiar with Swedish context in terms of legislation, collective agreement, pension etc.
