HR specialist with focus on recruitment

Wise Professionals now have the honor to help Greenbyte in the process of finding their new HR Specialist in Gothenburg. Due to parental leave, we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and work as a consultant via us at Wise Professionals for 1 year.

Your mission

We are looking for an ambitious and talented HR Specialist to join the HR team. During 2020 and 2021, Greenbyte will continue to grow, both in Sweden and internationally. They have an international team with a variety of backgrounds and languages, therefore, it's an advantage if you've worked in an international environment earlier.

As HR Specialist at Greenbyte, you will primarily work with recruitment and onboarding, as well as payroll and HR administration. When time allows, you will also be contributing to various internal projects (e.g. values, culture, work environment and equality) that aim to make Greenbyte an even better employer. In short, as HR-Specialist you will play an important role in Greenbyte’s continued success. You will report to COO.

Furthermore we believe you:

Have prior HR administration experience, including payrollHave experience of having contact with authorities on behalf of the companyEnjoy learning new things and have a low level of prestigeAre structured and have high attention to detailAre fully fluent in Swedish and English and are proficient in the Microsoft Office SuiteHave a university degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or equivalentHave an interest in renewable energy and new technologyExperience of working in a fast-growing companyExperience in working with ATS systems
