Are you excited about the possibilities to be a part of building a state-of-the-art workforce planning strategy and process? H&M’s IT-department is now looking for a you with great experience from working with workforce planning on a both strategic and operational level. Together with HR and leaders you will set and implement an overall workforce strategy to enable us to align our business strategy with right mix of people and competences. You will define a blueprint and a model, supportive tools and a way of working for workforce planning including a maintenance organization. To be successful in this role you have the capacity to act on both a strategic and an operational level. You have great communication- and relationship building skills, a genuine interest in people and experience to drive and motivate change. Your role and how you will contributeTogether with HR and leaders, set and implement an overall workforce strategy to enable us to align our business strategy with right mix of people and competencesDefine a blueprint and a model, supportive tools and a way of working for both operational and strategic workforce planning including maintenance organization Develop people metrics and data connected to workforce planning that can support us in business decisions such as identifying new ways to structure our organization to best organize our employees in the futureAdvise and bring specialist knowledge within the area as well as guide, inspire and coach HR and leaders on how workforce planning and people analytics contributes to our business planSupport how we successfully integrate workforce planning and analytics with our other processes and systemsChange management and communication We think you are:An HR-profile with excellent experience and knowledge of agile/ flexible workforce planning, min. 3 years’ experience working on a both operative and strategic level Experienced from setting and implementing an overall workforce strategy working with the full cycle of creating, implementing and maintaining Analytical with the ability to translate data into insightsGreat at adapting to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesA team player with excellent collaborative skills, including an aptitude for helping and coaching othersIt is an additional merit if you have experience working with workforce planning within agile IT-organizations.You will be joining the HR-function at H&M IT-Department based in Marievik, Stockholm.
