Come join our great Northern European HR team! We are looking for an HR specialist/Administrator based in our Stockholm HQ Offices in the city center.

As the HR Specialist for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) in the Northern European Region, you will join our great HR team taking care of Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands.

Your role will include:

· Be the link between the company and our external providers in all matters related to personnel administration including payroll, pension and insurances for Sweden and Denmark
· Be a super user of the HR related tools and systems and give support to the organisation
· Responsible for HR reporting and Budget files for the Northern European Region
· Responsible for Work environment in Sweden
· Assist in the recruitment process and manage employment agreements and system updates
· Coordinate, prepare and follow up the People Performance and Compensation Reviews for Northern Europe
· Participate and drive HR-related projects and programs upon request from the HR Director
· Participate in working with HR team members in the day-to-day development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives and tools


We think this is your background:

· Relevant University degree
· 2 years of experience from a similar position
· High level of experience in payroll management
· Basic insights in Work Environment (Systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete)

· Are analytical, structured and detail oriented
· Are excellent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Are used to work in English, fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken

· You love to learn and develop and you bring solutions to the table
· You enjoy working in a dynamic, changing and high paced environment
· Have high integrity
