We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist/Project Manager that wants to ccontribute and challenge the overall business plan by create and support the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, processes programs and activities.
Our company is combining the powertrain operations to create a stronger, standalone powertrain business, focused on next-generation hybrid systems and internal combustion engines. What you’ll do:
As a People & Culture specialist and project manager you will lead the projects, implementation, and training with close corporation with People & Culture Business. The focus areas will be Culture, Performance and Manning. You will also keep track of the subject matter area to ensure that external development is considered and utilized when developing procedures in the field of People & Culture. As a project manager you will be accountable for the procedures execution in-line with agreed policies and guidelines.

- A few years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and orally.
- Fluent in Swedish is meritorious.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg or Skövde, 7 months contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. Start ASAP!
