As part of HR Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the full team member lifecycle by providing administrative support on all employees’ personnel matters and assist with administering the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience within a fast paced working environment essential
- Knowledge and experience in HR is essential
- Strong customer service skills are essential, and they must be comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator, extremely organised, resilient, and confident, with a strong attention to detail.
- On occasion, travel to other departments may be required.


Job Description
- Act in accordance with Human Resources function.
- Effectively follow up on employees‘/departments‘ daily issues.
- Assist in coordination and managing recruitment, screening, and interviewing of applicants for departmental positions.
- Assists in assessing departmental training needs, developing, conducting, and providing training sessions as appropriate for employees.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR Team. Regularly follow up with other departments.
- Fulfil staff executive duties and/or follow up with other staff executives about welfare of staff and departments.
- Implement and maintain company policy and ensure employees abide by the policies.
- Ensure maintenance of appropriate personnel records, contracts of employment and housing contracts.
- Assist in the Management of staff welfare issues, staff activities, benefits
- Assists in employee relations, handling complaints and grievances and determination of appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Assists in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and welfare working regulations.
- Assist as a controller on a busy days.
- Performs other duties as assigned, such as HR smaller project assignment.
- The duties can be changed during the year concerning the season in addition to ongoing consultation between employee and employer.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Communicate well verbally and written in English, any Scandinavic language is essential
- Flexibility
- Self- motivated and independent
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, knowleadge of CRM software is essential
- Previous experience in administrative role is essential
- Previous HR experience is desirable
- Driving licence
