HR Strategy Specialist to AB Lindex

We are looking for a HR Strategy Specialist to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg (in the Central station!)

Your role in our team. As HR Strategy Specialist, you are part of the Group Culture & Communications team. A team with different roles within HR and communication working together. You work with the development of the overall employee experience process, always with Lindex higher purpose, vision and values in mind, to contribute to the achievement of Lindex business goals. You develop our culture with focus on empowerment and inspiration and secure we are powered by the people at Lindex.  

We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! Here are some examples of work tasks: work together with HR managers in all Lindex markets and our Sustainability team. Together with your colleagues you drive the strategic people and culture agenda and one of our main focus areas is Diversity and Inclusion. 

Is this you? We see that you have an agile and self-leadership mindset, with a proactive approach. You are structured, have strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. We also see that you have great communication skills and are used to work in close collaboration with others. Your interest for how digital solutions can improve HR work and processes will be appreciated in this role. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:

University degree or equivalent within HR
Several years of work experience within HR, at least three of them within strategic HR
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: work experience from a global retail company, experience within Diversity and Inclusion, employer branding and digitalisation of HR
