We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our highly committed and engaging talent team who are always striving to be best at what they do!
Main responsibilities
Your role is to work alongside our international talent team and hiring managers, to manage and supplement the sourcing and selection of high calibre talent. The key focus will be to continuously develop our candidate pipelines using a wide range of external channels and tools such as LinkedIn and our ATS. You will use your skills, knowledge and curiosity to build sourcing strategies that identify talent, whilst ensuring we search for and provide the most diverse pipelines possible.
In the position as a Talent Sourcer, you will for instance:
• Partner with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for positions
• Source active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, talent mapping and relationship building
• Provide an initial screen and high-level assessment of a candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit for the role
• Understand trends and innovations in the external markets and their impact
• Identify high quality candidates to fill key roles across the international region
• Actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system
• Ensuring a great candidate experience
Requirements
You are a detail -oriented and collaborative person with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience. Perhaps you are looking for a part-time job in parallel to your HR studies and want to gain some experience in a fast-paced and international environment. If you have previous sourcing experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, that would be highly advantageous but not mandatory. What’s most important is your a enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and a creative mindset for finding the best qualified candidates. We would like to see that you have:
• The ability to interpret and use data insights from internal sources and the external market to influence and inform the team’s sourcing strategy
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English
