Our Exciting Opportunity
The Talent SME role will work in the field covering talent acquisition and talent management, i.e. handling initiatives, attracting, recruiting and developing talent!
The role includes co-development and implementation of strategies, policies, processes and tools in the whole area of expertise. It includes also ensuring consistent and global practices as well as co-operation with global suppliers.
Leading operational and tactical Business Area Networks (BNEW) talent projects will be of focus and importance in this position!
As BNEW Talent SME you will have the opportunity to partner with multiple specialists across the People organization, as well as with business area leaders and our global talent teams.
The position reports to Head of Talent in BNEW and is a part of the BNEW people team consisting of People Business Partners and SMEs focusing on workforce planning/analytics, learning and total rewards.

You will
• Apply, co-create and implement strategies within the whole talent area
• Engage proactively with the business to understand talent hiring and development needs
• Ensure development and deployment of talent solutions
• Provide and ensure the usage of analytics in processes and ways of working
• Monitor quality and performance related to vendor management, executive search and other 3rd party suppliers
To be successful in the role you must have
• Knowledge and understanding of the broad talent area e.g. employer branding, recruitment/talent acquisition, pipeline management, talent management/succession planning, culture and engagement including diversity & inclusion
• Minimum 4 years of broad international talent experience
• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Track record of redefining business strategies and their implication into talent initiatives
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, People analytics and trends in the market to fulfill the Talent strategy
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to build networks
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
