People Business Service & Support Sweden is a part of People & Culture (P&C) and  we are about 120 colleagues supporting Scania’s managers and employees with HR related services to enable our employees to perform at their best.

The team

At HR Systems we are responsible for the HR system portfolio for Scania’s organisation in Sweden which mean that we implement, maintain and support systems for current and future IT demands. We work with a business-driven approach and are currently transforming to utilize a global HR portfolio supporting global processes. We are a team consisting of Product owners, System specialists, Test leads and Project managers and we are now looking for two new colleagues working in the area of the salary process and time reporting.

Your work assignment


• Administer, configure and maintain systems in our HR system portfolio.
• Identify and trouble shoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
• Analyse business needs and transform them into system requirements.
• Analyse HR system data from a flow perspective in collaboration with other System specialists and super users. Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Partner with Scania IT and suppliers to develop and implement system improvements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.

 

Your profile


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR tech or other equivalent experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR system maintenance, admin, configuration and support.
• Experience from working with Aditro Lön, ProMark or other time reporting/salary systems.
• Ability to work cross-functional and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details

As a person we see that you are a team player. You take responsibility for your deliveries and are transparent to your team in both obstacles and progress. 

Strong English skills are important and Swedish language skills is a plus.
